Ride It Wrong – Win a Custom Ride Kit

1. Competition Overview

  • Prize: Personalised ride kits for your team worth a total of $1,000, featuring your team name.

  • Theme: Ride It Wrong – videos should showcase creativity, personality, and playful riding “mistakes” while staying safe. Examples include quirky riding styles, ill-fitting gear, unusual bike setups, funny clothes or terrains. (e.g., riding a kids bike with training wheels on a mtb track).

  • Team Size: Maximum 4 participants per team.

  • Must Include: Show/tell us why your team deserves to win an upgraded ride kit.

2. How to Enter

  1. Like any competition post on Instagram and tag two friends.

  2. Follow @leattmtb_au.

  3. DM @leattmtb_au your team name, team members’ full names, phone numbers, and a nominated email address to register.

    • Alternatively, register via email to admin@bikecorp.com.au.

Deadlines:

  • Registration closes: 1 September 2025

  • Video submission closes: 20 September 2025

Bonus points: The video with the most Instagram likes will receive a bonus point, but it will not on its own determine the winner.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to all Australian residents.

  • Employees of Bike Corp, Leatt MTB, and their immediate families are not eligible

4. Judging Criteria

  • Entries will be judged primarily on creativity, skill, and entertainment value.
    The video with the most Instagram “likes” will receive one (1) additional point, which will be added to the judges’ score. This bonus point will not, on its own, determine the overall winner.

  • Judges
    Judging will be conducted by representatives from Leatt MTB Australia.
    The judges’ decision will be final and binding, subject to compliance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

5. Prize Details

  • Prize Delivery: Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM or email.

  • Bike Corp will handle shipping and delivery of the prize.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. General Conditions

  • By entering, participants acknowledge that their entry (including Instagram handle and video content) may be publicly viewable and used for marketing on  Bike Corp & Leatt's social media, website, and other channels.

  • Entries must be original and created by the participants.

  • All entries must comply with Australian law and Instagram’s Community Guidelines.

  • Unsafe or inappropriate content will be disqualified.

  • Teams must ensure that riding depicted is safe and does not encourage injury or illegal activity.

7. Data and Privacy

  • Personal information will only be used for running this competition.

  • Participants’ details will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8. Legal Compliance

  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

  • Entries must be truthful; misleading or false entries are prohibited.

  • Bike Corp reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.

  • a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted if the original prize is unavailable.
