Mountain biking involves varying terrains and speeds, which increases the risk of crashes and impacts. Body protection helps reduce injuries from falls, collisions with rocks, trees, or other riders, and even unexpected over-the-bars moments. It gives riders the confidence to push their limits while staying safe.
